Terms and Conditions
The closing date for entries is January 26, 2018. Please ensure you complete your entries by this date. Please complete all sections of the form, entries that are incomplete or exceed the stated word limit of 1000 words will not be accepted.
Entries are welcome from organisations, agencies and individuals based in the United States of America as well as from those based elsewhere but who wish to submit entries relating to work they have conducted in the American market.
Please ensure you read the criteria for the awards you are entering. Remember to use evidence such as quotes, statistics etc. And include as much information as possible into your entry form.
All entries made before 23:59 on January 26, 2018 will be charged an administration fee of $175.00 per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries. Entries submitted after the first closing date will be charged a late submission fee of $225.00 (the extended and final deadline for entries is February 2, 2018).
If you are based in the UK you will be charged VAT, if you are based in Europe and wish not to pay VAT you must provide your EU VAT number at the time of entry.
We ask all entrants to supply at least one company and / or client logo. Please supply this in JPEG format, and upload it with your entry.
All completed and returned entries will be acknowledged online at the time of submission. If you do not see this confirmation message please email Joe Charlton to confirm receipt of your entry.
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any entry.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of short-listed nominations or winners.
We reserve the right to shorten entry titles for the purpose of the awards brochure and winners trophies. Please try and keep your entry title concise and to the point!
Winning case studies may be used in post-event materials to promote best practice or as part of future marketing and promotion for the awards. We will not publish any part of your entry without first seeking approval. Entrants have the right to mark any information or sensitive parts of their entry as ‘not for publication’. This will be respected by the organisers and their media partners.
Don’t Panic reserve the right to extend the closing deadline, amend categories or not award categories should the standard of entries received not reach the required standard.
